Curator Bridge — Terms of Service

Curator Bridge is the name of our web application and service at curatorbridge.space. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Curator Bridge only. References to "the Services" in this document include Curator Bridge and its features (dashboards, APIs, third-party connections such as TikTok or Instagram, and related workflows).
Curator Bridge is operated by Cultural Bridge Labs LLC. These Terms are the full agreement for this product. General company information appears at culturalbridgelabs.com; it does not replace these Terms for Curator Bridge.
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Curator Bridge, ATX Curator, ATX After Dark, or any related services, websites, applications, or APIs (collectively, the "Services") operated by Cultural Bridge Labs LLC ("we," "us," or "Cultural Bridge Labs"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. Description of Services
Curator Bridge is an event discovery and content automation platform. It helps promoters and venues turn flyers and listings into content for social distribution—including, today, the ATX Curator (community events) and ATX After Dark (nightlife and electronic music) brands in the Austin area, primarily on Instagram and TikTok. The Services may include event capture, parsing, automated and assisted content generation, review workflows, publish queues and slots, dashboards, and integrations with third-party platforms. Services may change over time, including as we add cities and social endpoints.
3. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for accurate account information and for all activity under your credentials. Customer accounts may be required for certain submissions and purchases.
4. Payments and subscriptions
Paid features (such as promotion slots, bundles, or subscriptions) are billed through Stripe or as otherwise disclosed at checkout. Prices and entitlements are as shown on our pricing page at the time of purchase unless we notify you otherwise. Subscriptions: you may cancel as described in our FAQ; you generally retain access through the end of the current billing period. Refunds: unless required by law or stated at checkout, fees are non-refundable; contact us for disputes. Stripe's terms also apply to payment processing.
5. User Content
You may upload or submit content ("User Content"). You retain ownership subject to the license below. You represent that you have rights to the content and that it does not violate third-party rights or applicable law. You grant Cultural Bridge Labs a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, process, display, and transmit User Content to provide the Services.
6. Intellectual Property
The Services, software, and branding are owned by Cultural Bridge Labs or licensors. "Curator Bridge," "ATX Curator," "ATX After Dark," "Cultural Bridge Labs," and related marks are trademarks of Cultural Bridge Labs LLC. You may not copy or misuse them without written permission.
7. Third-Party Services
The Services may connect to Instagram, TikTok, Meta, payment processors, hosting providers, AI services, and others. Your use is subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third-party availability, behavior, or compliance.
8. Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or accuracy of generated content.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CULTURAL BRIDGE LABS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).
10. Changes
We may modify these Terms. We will post updates on this page and may notify you where appropriate. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where allowed by law.
