Curator Bridge is the name of our web application and service at curatorbridge.space. This Privacy Policy applies exclusively to Curator Bridge (the website, dashboard, APIs, and related data processing). Any third-party integrations you enable for Curator Bridge (for example TikTok or Instagram) are described here and in our subprocessors list below.

- Account data: email address, password hash (managed by our auth provider), and profile fields you provide.
- Event and submission data: titles, dates, venues, descriptions, images you upload, categories, and platform choices (e.g. Instagram, TikTok).
- Payment data: payments are processed by Stripe; we receive transaction metadata (e.g. amount, status) but not full card numbers, which Stripe handles under its own terms.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, timestamps, and cookies as described in our Cookie Policy.
- Communications: messages you send to us (e.g. support or contact forms).
3. How we use information
We use information to provide and improve Curator Bridge; authenticate users; process submissions and payments; generate and review content; operate dashboards and queues; communicate with you; detect abuse; comply with law; and enforce our Terms. We do not sell your personal information.
4. Service providers (subprocessors)
We use vendors that process data on our behalf. Categories include:
- Supabase — database, authentication, and storage for the application.
- Stripe — payment processing.
- Vercel — hosting and delivery of the web application.
- AI and content — providers such as Anthropic (Claude) and Groq for text generation; Orshot for template rendering; OCR services (e.g. OCR.space or in-browser processing) for image text extraction.
- Search / enrichment — optional APIs (e.g. Brave Search) to help fill in event details.
- Email — transactional and product email delivery when configured.
- Social platforms — when you connect accounts in Curator Bridge, TikTok, Meta/Instagram, and related providers process data under their own policies per your authorization.
Each provider has its own privacy policy. We select vendors appropriate to the service; your data may be processed in the United States and other regions where those vendors operate.
5. International transfers
If you access Curator Bridge from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in the U.S. and other countries where our subprocessors operate. We rely on appropriate safeguards as required by applicable law.
6. Retention and deletion
We retain information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
